The Children’s Day celebration at St. John’s Convent School was conducted with great enthusiasm and joy on 14 November 2025. The program began with an impressive March Past, where students showcased discipline, teamwork, and energy.
Right after the March Past, an energetic Zumba performance was conducted by Rev. Father Deepak, Rev.Father Anand and Sir Raviraj . Their lively moves and enthusiasm energized the students and set a joyful tone for the celebration.
After the Zumba session, a heartfelt tribute to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was offered. Students and teachers remembered Chacha Nehru for his deep love, care, and affection for children and for his belief that children are the nation’s true strength. This tribute set a meaningful tone for the day’s celebrations.
The program was smoothly anchored by Ma’am Ritika, who guided the audience through each segment with clarity and enthusiasm.
A Special Assembly was held as part of the celebration. It began with the soulful “God of Creation” prayer led by Ma’am Renu, followed by a melodious prayer song sung by all teachers. Ma’am Lata shared the Thought of the Day, inspiring students to grow with confidence and kindness.
An encouraging and meaningful speech was delivered by Sister Beena, reminding students to dream big and work towards a bright future. Ma’am Manshi presented the news headlines, updating everyone with the latest events. This was followed by engaging GK questions conducted by Ma’am Archana, which the students answered with excitement.
Adding joy and entertainment to the celebration, the teachers presented a lively dance performance, which was enjoyed by all students.
After the dance, the celebration continued with a delightful Karaoke performance by Father Deepak and Ma’am Richa, which added fun, music, and cheerful participation from the students.
The spirit of fun continued with a series of friendly and energetic Teachers vs Students games, including Kho-Kho, Tug of War, and Basketball. These matches created moments filled with laughter, cheers, and healthy competition.
The celebration concluded with final anchoring by Ma’am Ritika, who thanked everyone for their participation and support.
